The Heart Behind Pure Vitality & Registered Nurse
Meredith founded Pure Vitality Med Spa with a heartfelt mission: to make every client feel important, valued, and truly comfortable. Holding a Bachelor's in Nursing from UNC Wilmington, her career has taken her from adult and neonatal ICU to the world of aesthetic nursing, where she discovered her passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. A proud mother of three, Meredith has built a team that shares her unwavering commitment to excellence, compassion, and personalized care.
Brittany Chavis , FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Brittany has been a dedicated nurse since 2008, bringing over 8 years of ICU experience to her practice. She earned her Nurse Practitioner certification in 2016 and holds dual board certifications as a Family NP and Acute Care Adult-Geriatric NP. As the clinical lead overseeing all client care at Pure Vitality, she ensures every treatment meets the highest standards of safety and quality. A Stanly County native, Brittany resides in New London with her family.
Sheila Hartsell , RN
Nurse Injector
Sheila brings a wealth of experience in critical care and vascular access nursing to her role at Pure Vitality. A lifelong Stanly County resident, she is a devoted wife, mother, and proud Mimi to seven grandsons. Her specialties include aesthetic injections, IV therapy, laser treatments, RF microneedling, and vitamin/weight loss injections. When she's not helping clients look and feel their best, you'll find her gardening or enjoying time at the beach.
Hannah Kinard , RN, BSN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Hannah earned her BSN from Appalachian State University and launched her nursing career in 2013 as a Pediatric Emergency Trauma Nurse, giving her a strong clinical foundation. A mother of three, she has a genuine passion for dermal filler treatments, loving the immediate transformation and confidence boost they provide her clients. Her specialties include injections, IV therapy, laser treatments, and RF microneedling.
Lindsey Barnhardt , RN
Nurse Injector
With 13 years of nursing experience and 5 of those dedicated to aesthetics, Lindsey brings both depth and expertise to every treatment. A Stanly County native, she was drawn to Pure Vitality by the opportunity to serve her community closer to home. She provides injections, IV therapy, RF microneedling, and vitamin/weight loss services. Outside the spa, she's a proud boy mom and loving owner of 5 dogs.

A devoted mom of two daughters, she is passionate about creating a supportive and uplifting environment for every client, with a focus on enhancing natural beauty and helping each person feel their absolute best.

Licensed Esthetician & Acne Specialist
With over 5 years of skincare industry experience, Erika is a certified acne specialist who completed the rigorous Acne Bootcamp training program. Known for her warm, bubbly energy and results-driven approach, she loves guiding clients on their journey to their healthiest, most radiant skin. When she's not at the spa, Erika enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring all things wellness.
Brayden Efird , LE
Lead Licensed Esthetician & Acne Specialist
Brayden completed her esthetics education at the Academy of Nails and Esthetics in December 2023 and brought her talent to Pure Vitality in January 2024. She takes a thoughtful, personalized approach with every client, crafting customized treatments to help them achieve healthy, radiant skin. Outside of work, Brayden is passionate about singing and leads worship at her church. You can guarantee she is praying over each and every one of our clients.

Kaylee is a licensed cosmetologist whose deep love for the beauty industry shines through in everything she does. She expertly manages the office from the front desk to all the small details behind the scenes. She has blessed us with her vibrant personality from day one of opening the med spa.

She has a passion for mission trips and has been to Africa twice!
